Message: No one likes insurance. NO ONE. No one likes dealing with it, talking about it, or anything else insurance related. I feel that insurance companies go OUT OF THEIR WAY to make it 10x more complicated than need be. I'm exceedingly stupid when it comes to insurance matters. I would much rather hit myself in the forehead with a ballpeen hammer. That being said, every time i've ever called into (or gone to) the benesys offices, I've been treated with respect, and most importantly patience! Even if they're snickering when i leave, and wondering how I manage without my helmet, i've never gotten anything but awesome customer care and support. I legit don't under stand their low star-rating, and felt compelled to share my experiences. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

Message: My calls have been answered promptly. All of my questions were answered. The staff over my last couple of calls were very helpful and polite.

Message: Unfortunately they make way to many mistakes, hard to reach on the phone. High maintenance outfit to work with. On hold 45 mins last time I called & talked with 4 different people
